Concept Map – Marketing/Technology
Marketing
Advertising relies heavily on the process of marketing. There is a concept called the marketing mix or the 4 P’s of marketing: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. This is the basic formula when looking to introduce a new product to the market. Marketing is a GPS in a secondary business education and is studied thoroughly. I basically provided examples of the 4 P’s of marketing in my concept map. I believe the concept map on Popplett.com could be very useful to a variety of topics in my content area. A concept map could also aid in the preparation or pre-planning stage of developing a budget. I think that the idea of using a resource such as Poplett.com would appeal to many of our students that love to use technology.

A digital storyboard can be collaborative group work or cross-curriculum by incorporating other content subject matter as the subject of the iMovie. Different components of technology are included when creating iMovies. These components include: photo manipulation techniques (Photoshop), creating and importing audio (voice and movie), and critical thinking.
